Hi!

I design to tackle global challenges, with a current focus on health care. The main motivation in my career is to drive positive change in communities and organisations through co-creating solutions that have local ownership.

I am currently working at Laerdal Medical in Norway, where I facilitate the change process towards a more design-driven organization. I took on this role after two projects in our Global Health team, designing products and services to train healthcare workers in assisting birth and caring for mothers and newborns. Prior to this, I managed a multi-disciplinary team for designing an ergonomic low-cost baby carrier in Uganda, which we implemented with local entrepreneurs. I find great joy in engaging myself in different cultural settings and putting human-centered-design into practice.
